Expert Belt was introduced as a Pokémon Tool Trainer card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Diamond & Pearl Series (the Japanese DP Era) in the Arceus expansion.
The Pokémon this card is attached to gets +20 HP and that Pokémon's attacks do 20 more damage to the opposing Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). However, when the Pokémon this card is attached to is Knocked Out, the opponent takes 1 more Prize card.
