:Mew can use Sketch by transforming into Smeargle. I tested this on my DS just now to see if the "Sketch-Ditto" trick from Generation Two still worked. It didn't work. When my Mew used Sketch, it failed, even when Mew moved last. It doesn't matter that Mew can't LEARN it, Mew, as well as Ditto, can USE it. ::Ohhhhh. No. See, it failed because it was obtained through Transform. It's common knoweledge that if a Pokemon that transformed into Smeargle tries to use Sketch it will fail.
