Power of Alchemy (Japanese: かがくのちから Power of Chemistry) is an Ability introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature Ability of Alolan Grimer and Alolan Muk.

When an ally of the Pokémon with this Ability faints in battle (regardless of cause), Power of Alchemy will be replaced by the fainted Pokémon's Ability.
Power of Alchemy will not activate if its ally had the Ability Power of Alchemy, Receiver, Trace, Forecast, Flower Gift, Multitype, Ice Face, Illusion, Wonder Guard, Zen Mode, Imposter, Stance Change, Power Construct, Schooling, Comatose, Shields Down, Disguise, RKS System, Battle Bond, Wandering Spirit, Zero to Hero, Commander, Protosynthesis, Quark Drive or Poison Puppeteer.
Power of Alchemy cannot be copied by Role Play or Trace. Role Play and Entrainment will fail if used by a Pokémon with Power of Alchemy.
Outside of battle
Power of Alchemy has no effect outside of battle.
