Charm (Japanese: あまえる Spoiled Pout) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation II.

Effect

Charm lowers the Attack stat of the target by two stages.

Stad2 A move that charms the target into complacency, sharply reducing its Attack power.
GSC Sharply lowers the foe's Attack.
RSEColoXD Charms the foe and sharply reduces its Attack.
FRLG The foe is charmed by the user’s cute appeals, sharply cutting its Attack.
DPPtHGSS The user charmingly stares at the foe, making it less wary. The target’s Attack is sharply lowered.
BW The user gazes at the target rather charmingly, making it less wary. The target's Attack is harshly lowered.
