It is somewhat, if not completely, incorrect that Togekiss and its pre-evolution are the only dual-typed Pokemon to have their type reclassfied in a later generation. Rotom Formes also satisfy these criteria.

Picture

What is the picture so large? Couldn't we scale it down? --Dawnfan47 21:54, 29 November 2007 (UTC)Dawnfan 47File:Spr 3e 252.gif

Aura Sphere

How does Togekiss learn Aura Sphere? (Pikastorm 03:03, 7 March 2008 (UTC))

Apparently you just get it normally as you level upPokeManiac102 03:05, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

Well it is true togekiss can learn Aura Sphere. Pokemonboy 15:34, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

You need a Heart Scale for Togekiss to learn Aura Sphere, as well as Air Slash, Sky Attack, and ExtremeSpeed. All 4 moves are placed at Level 1. SharKing 15:27, 7 September 2008 (UTC)SharKing

Actually, Togekiss can learn Aura Sphere once it evolves. (Draikonor 07:43, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

I saved and evolved my togetic (lvl 28), he didn't learn Aura Sphere with the evo :(. Should it really be said in trivia that it learns Aura Sphere at the "lowest level" of all when you can't legitimately evolve one at level 1?
I second this. There should be some special mention on Togekiss and similar pokemon. I spent half an hour trying to figure out why the hell I wasn't getting the moves on evolution. I don't know what the solution should be but something along the lines of putting an asterisk would help. --Dragonite42 08:40, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
Let's say you're lucky enough to get a Level 2 Togekiss. It's possible: hatch Togepi at level 1. Max happiness. Kill a Bidoof and raise to level 2. Then Shiny Stone and you have the Kiss. So out of all the Pokémon that can learn Aura Sphere, Togekiss is able to learn it the lowest. Despite that, the trivia is claiming Kiss to be the earliest of two Pokémon. Whoop. Exciting. Deleted. —darklordtrom 11:25, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Trivia

It is somewhat, if not completely, incorrect that Togekiss and its pre-evolution are the only dual-typed Pokemon to have their type reclassfied in a later generation. Rotom Formes also satisfy these criteria. Weixifan (talk) 19:37, 22 September 2014 (UTC)

Protection?

A Togekiss was seen being released out of a pokeball alongside Dawn's Buneary in The Greatest - Everyday! As with Monferno, it is physically seen being released. I'm assuming sooner or later someone will alter this page, or attempt to create a Dawn's Togekiss page. I'm unaware if that is protected, but shouldn't this as well if it is? Myzou 13:40, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

Dawn's Togekiss has been protected. And once some bumbling fool tries to edit it into this page, the admins will protect this page anyways. :) --Oz 13:57, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

Extrasensory

The togepi you get from Mr. Pokemon in HG/SS knows extrasensory when it hatches. Where could I put this? If I try to put it inside the egg move thing then the template breaks. --Pyritie 12:24, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

It's already on the breeding list. See, right at the top. Any Togekiss can have Extrasensory provided you breed the Togepi with the right Pokémon - it isn't exclusive to the one from Mr Pokémon. —darklordtrom 12:31, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

What is the best level to evolve?

I'm wondering if what level is the best level to evolve my Togepi into a Togetic and the same for a Togekiss? I just want the best power boost for it. Like when a certain Pokemon evolves it gains like 10 or more HP for example. I evolved my Togepi into Togekiss at level 2 and its HP went up only 6 points aside from leveling up. I already got all the moves I want for it ready. So can someone help me? Plus what is the best level to give a Pokemon something like HP Up? I want my Togekiss's HP to go up the highest it can in giving it 10 HP Ups. I did it at level 2, it only went up by 1 point. So please help me, and I'm new here. I've been going to Bulbapedia for a while now. Spacetime9 17:33, 28 September 2010(UTC)

It doesn't matter when the Pokémon evolve or are given EV-enhancing items, it will have the same stats at level 100. For more information on that, have a look at the Stats page. If you have more questions, the place to ask is in the games section of the forums. Werdnae (talk) 02:45, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
EV gains and stuff are scaled up as you level up --Pyritie 09:21, 30 September 2010 (UTC)

What does "Start" mean?

Does it just learn the moves when it evolves? Lrcp 19:36, 23 December 2010 (UTC)

No, it's the moves it would have if a level 1 Togekiss were possible. In other words, I'd start looking into getting Heart Scales if you were interested in getting them.--MisterE13 19:38, 23 December 2010 (UTC)

Draining Kiss

Is it trivia worthy that Togekiss is unable to learn Draining Kiss despite having been retconned to being part-Fairy and having "kiss" in her name? --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 23:36, 20 January 2014 (UTC)

No Pokéon changed to the Fairy type can learn Draining Kiss. Glik (talk) 00:02, 21 January 2014 (UTC)

After You

" Togekiss is the only Pokémon to have evolved by using an evolutionary stone that doesn't share any level-up moves with its pre-evolution. "

Togepi and Togetic are able to learn After You via level-up, and Togekiss can now learn the move via Move Relearner, as it is now part of its level-up learnset. I think this sentence should be removed from the trivia. LittleOmu (talk) 01:07, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
