Shore Up (Japanese: すなあつめ Sand Gather) is a non-damaging Ground-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature move of Sandygast and Palossand.

Effect

Reason: How much HP is restored during a sandstorm?
You can discuss this on the talk page.

Shore Up restores the user's current HP based on the weather in the battle. Normal conditions restore ½ total HP and sandstorm conditions restore more HP.

If powered up by a Groundium Z into Z-Shore Up, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.

Description

Games Description
SM The user regains up to half of its max HP. It restores more HP in a sandstorm.
