Lick (Japanese: したでなめる Tongue Lick) is a Ghost-type move introduced in Generation I that deals very little damage.
Effect
Generation I
Lick does damage and has a 29.7% chance of paralyzing its opponent.
Lick can't paralyze an opponent that has a Substitute or already has a major status ailment.

Gastly. Gastly extends its tongue to an incredible length and strikes the opponent with it.
- Used by Morty's Gastly in Ghost to Ghost.
Haunter. Haunter extends its tongue and licks the opponent.
- Used by Ash's Haunter from The Tower of Terror to Haunter Versus Kadabra.
- Used by Morty's Haunter in Ghost to Ghost.
Lickitung. Lickitung licks the opponent with its long tongue, usually causing paralysis.
- Used by Jessie's Lickitung from Princess vs Princess to ???.
Kecleon. Kecleon extends its long tongue and licks the opponent.
- Used by in Madison and Alexa's two Kecleon The Kecleon Caper.
Lickilicky. Lickilicky sticks out its long tongue and licks the opponent.
- Used by Baron Alberto's Lickilicky in The Rise of Darkrai to catch Alice from falling of the edge of a wall.
- Used by Baron Alberto in The Rise of Darkrai when he was transformed into a Lickilicky.
