is a Normal/Ground glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue. It can only be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Igglybuff. It occupies hexadecimal slot D5 and will become a 'ゥ. if traded to Pokémon Yellow. Its cry is similar to Drowzee's and Hypno's.
's front sprite will freeze the game when sent out.
features a glitch screen, particularly the blackout variant.
