Route 21 (Japanese: ２１番水道 Water Route 21) is a water route in northeastern Unova, connecting Humilau City to Seaside Cave.

Route description

Route 21 is nestled within a small archipelago on Unova's eastern coastline and features a maze of rocks which players must surf around to traverse the route. It has three different points of entry: two from the south by Seaside Cave and one from the north in Humilau City. The leftmost opening from the Seaside Cave allows the player to continue down the route naturally. The rightmost entrance opens into a secluded beach, where the Plasma Frigate can be found docked.
