Quark Drive (Japanese: クォークチャージ) is an Ability introduced in Generation IX.
Effect
In battle
When a Pokémon with Quark Drive is on the Electric Terrain or is holding Booster Energy, its highest stat (other than HP) is increased by one stage.
Outside of battle
Quark Drive has no effect outside of battle.
