Acid Downpour inflicts damage. Its power and whether it is a special or physical move depends on the move it is based on.

Learnset
Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Acid Downpour if it knows a damaging Poison-type move, holds a Poisonium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-RingSM or Z-Power RingUSUM.
