Learnset

Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Savage Spin-Out if it knows a damaging Bug-type move, holds a Buginium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-RingSM or Z-Power RingUSUM.

The user gathers Z-Power and ensnares the target in a silk cocoon, before striking it with full force.
Pokémon Method
User First Used In Notes
Vikavolt Vikavolt's Trainer strikes a series of poses to build Z-Power. Vikavolt then shoots out a thick thread of white silk from its mouth and binds the opponent inside a cocoon. It then slams the cocoon on the ground, tosses it in the air, and slices through it with its jaws, causing the cocoon to explode.
