Dire Claw (Japanese: フェイタルクロー Fatal Claw) is a damage-dealing Poison-type move introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. It is the signature move of Sneasler.
Effect
Generation VIII
Dire Claw inflicts damage and has an increased critical-hit ratio. It has a 50% chance (80% chance in the strong style) to either poison the target, paralyze it, or make it drowsy.

Dire Claw's power has been changed from 60 to 80. It has a 50% chance of leaving the target poisoned, paralyzed, or asleep (approximately a 16.67% change for each status individually), and does not have an increased critical-hit ratio.
