Template:Infobox town Lilycove City (Japanese: ミナモシティ Minamo City) is one of the the sixteen cities of Hoenn, the land in which the games Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Pokémon Emerald take place. Lilycove is located southeast of Fortree, near the sea. The city's motto is "Where the land ends and the sea begins".
A major feature in Lilycove include the Master Rank Contest Hall. In Pokémon Emerald, all of the Pokémon Contests take place in Lilycove. Prizewinning trainers and Pokémon flock to Lilycove from all over the country.
The Cove Lily Motel is a motel in Lilycove where the staff of Game Freak stays.
The Pokémon Trainer Fan Club is located in Lilycove. Fans there discuss popular Pokémon Trainers and Gym Leaders.
North in Lilycove is the Lilycove Museum, where fine art and paintings are on display.
Also in the north section of the town is Lilycove Department Store, the largest store in Hoenn.
The S.S. Tidal, which runs from Lilycove to Slateport or the Battle Tower and Battle Frontier, is located in the Lilycove City Harbor.
There is a Move Deleter next to the Lilycove Department Store.
West of the town is Route 121, leading to Mt. Pyre and the Safari Zone. East is Route 124, the open sea, and either Team Aqua or Team Magma's base.
In the Pokémon Special manga, the headquarters for Hoenn TV is located here, which is the station Gabby & Ty work for, and that Archie secretly controls.
A man in the northeast corner of Lilycove hands out a Berry daily.

Demographics
The population of Lilycove City is 71, making it by far the largest city in Hoenn, and the second biggest in the Pokémon world. This number is only 6 behind Johto's Goldenrod City, which is the biggest in the franchise.
Name origin
Lilycove is a combination of lily, a type of water plant, and cove, a type of coastal landmark which seems to appear in the far northeast corner of the city.
