Hammer Arm (Japanese: アームハンマー Arm Hammer) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Hammer Arm does damage, then lowers the user's Speed by one level.

- Despite being a Fighting-type move, no Fighting-type Pokémon can learn Hammer Arm legally.
- Of all the times Hammer Arm was used in the anime, no Pokémon seemed lose speed like its effect suggests.
