Weee... first!

Anyway, just noticed the English opening theme for recent episodes aren't hidden. Aren't they normally hidden until a US date is revealed (even if they normally start a new season in the 50's)? Kinda forgot. -tc²₆tc26- 10:38, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

Think someone just went and decided they were to be unhidden sometime ago. As they didn't like that they had to unhide it. You can just leave them as is. --ケンジガール 10:44, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

The Summer Academy

So Kenji, I got a bunch of pictures of all the wild Pokémon around the Pokémon Summer Academy and I'm going to add the template to the page. I have a question about the Ghost-types that appear around the area, however. Should I place the list of Ghost-types in the Pokémon Academy page itself, or in the Summit Ruins, since they were in the woods around it? Littlmiget123 02:02, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Summit Ruins --ケンジガール 04:38, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Flamethrower or Overheat

Here I am again, asking your opinion on a move. In Victini and the black hero, Reshiram uses Flamethrower when it first reveals itself to Ash and co, well, I listed it as Flamethrower, but the flame was much bigger than when Emboar used it earlyer in the movie and their were flames swirling off of it. What do you think, Flamethrower or Overheat? Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 13:22, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Can't make a judgement unless I see it. --ケンジガール 01:31, 29 August 2011 (UTC)

Can't tell one way or the other. You should probably leave it blank until DVDs come out and we have a higher quality video. - unsigned comment from Kenji-girl (talkcontribs)

Heeey?

Heeey are you an admin? could you unlock my userpage so I can edit it please? Prinben 11:58, 31 August 2011 (UTC)

CoTD

You might want to look at the Best Wishes section for the Character of the day page. Avery, Professor Icarus and some other people on there have only befriended/adopted Pokémon on the list even though they shouldn't be listed. PattyMan 02:32, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

It's fine. They can be listed. --ケンジガール 02:36, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

Gaahh

I'm having a slight mental crisis. D: When do you think you'll be able to come online? Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 19:44, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

I guess now. --ケンジガール 19:48, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

So what do I do...?

So, you deleted my comment on the Gba sp talk page, so where do I direct my question? Luxraychu 22:46, 3 September 2011 (UTC) Wikipedia? Other sites? Or am I doomed?

Forums maybe. --ケンジガール 04:16, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
Done. Feel free do delete this. Luxraychu 16:33, 4 September 2011 (UTC)

Question

Hey. I'm staying up an entire night on Bulbapedia. Do you have any ideas on what articles I could edit? Pokedex493 07:05, 5 September 2011 (UTC)

Any of those will do nicely. --ケンジガール 07:14, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
Okay. Thank you. Pokedex493 07:24, 5 September 2011 (UTC)

Question

Hey KG~ I have a question pertaining to a project I'm working on. Was the Pokémon in "Who's that Pokémon" always the same in both Japanese and English (with the exception of EP018)? Thanks in advanced. <3 Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 22:42, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

Nope. Many of the Orange Islands episodes had different ones. --ケンジガール 22:44, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

Help wanted

One of the new users removed the welcome from her page after yoshi made it, I would take care of it me self, but she put userpage stuff instead so I don't feel like I have the abity to remove it, can you do it please? Truthseeker4449 23:39, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

What page? --ケンジガール 23:41, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
It was a talk page. Apparty in the time it took me to type my firstmassage Jo the Marten fixed it. Sorry for bothering you Truthseeker4449 23:48, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
Well YoshiWorld, I assume that's who you mean, did not create her talkpage. The user created it herself and Jo put the welcome message after that. --ケンジガール 23:52, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

Do you know anyone with admin powers on the Archives?Truthseeker4449 00:24, 11 September 2011 (UTC)

never mind, I'll make an accunt on the archives and go bother the latest person there Truthseeker4449 00:32, 11 September 2011 (UTC)

Deletion

So I did the page deletion notification wrong? Oops. R.A. Hunter Blade 03:07, 11 September 2011 (UTC)

No, I protected it instead of deleting it. I'm the one who did wrong. --ケンジガール 03:11, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
I was worried I had been away too long and forgotten how to properly request a page deletion, so okay. R.A. Hunter Blade 03:16, 11 September 2011 (UTC)

Hi

Hi, Kenji-girl. I'm an Italian user (I'm in Pokémon Central Wiki) and my English is bad. But I like Anime Project! Can you add me in the list, please? In fact, I can edit original anime series for add the Italian page in "In other languages"... --SuperBowser 13:04, 17 September 2011 (UTC)

Sorry

Please forgive me . I just wanted to edit some pages to be able to edit my own user page and i did a wrong thing and I just wanted to correct it but you wrote to me i am so fullish Excuse me...--Alipikachu 08:57, 20 September 2011 (UTC)

Flower Gift

I don't believe we've seen for certain whether or not we've seen it in the anime yet. It has, in fact no effect no Cherrim's forms as they change even after it's been Skill Swapped away. Unless it has been specifically mentionned, it's only an assumption based on the fact that all Cherrim have that ability in the games, which is a no-no.--MisterE13 04:01, 26 September 2011 (UTC)

Agreed. --ケンジガール 05:01, 26 September 2011 (UTC)

About the Alder trivia you removed before

It's not an opinion. It was revealed in the Nintendo Dream interview from a few months back. Ataro 06:43, 26 September 2011 (UTC)

"Opinion" was for the Dakim thing. Why do we have to point out something that's visible? And why was the only interesting point hidden? . --ケンジガール 06:47, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
Interview is here Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 12:07, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
Oh, right. I hid that bit about the computer thing, since there was no reference to back up the claim and no proof in-game. I wasn't sure where it came from, so instead of deleting it, I just hid it. The interview does mention his computer prowess, though can't tell if it matches with the trivia. Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 12:13, 26 September 2011 (UTC)

The usual

Coming on AIM tonight? <3 Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 00:42, 1 October 2011 (UTC)

Thanks

Thanks a lot for fixing my images, I assure you I don't want the low quality ones but I can't help it, I make the best with what I can find. Do you have DVDs of all these episodes? Or do you have access to high quality videos that I could possibly find? Thanks again. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 02:15, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

Especially for the recent episodes. PattyMan 02:22, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
I have the original versions of most of the episodes. They are were I get most of my pictures from. But an alternative to getting them straight from video is this place. They are smaller images but still nice quality. You can find the high quality videos online but it requires some digging. You can email me if you would like some assistance. --ケンジガール 02:43, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

You know

The only way people get things done around here is to do them. If you look, I argued my case about Gliscor on the talk page three months ago and was ignored (just like Ataro did when I posted this on his talk page a few days ago). Someone could have told me why it was where it was then but they didn't, so I figured I should just do it. "no" isnt a good enough answer for me. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 07:50, 6 October 2011 (UTC)

I didn't know the Gliscor discussion existed for all this time on Gliscor's talk. But I did say why over here when it was brought up. You posted here so I assumed you read it. My apologies for not catching the other one sooner. --ケンジガール 08:59, 6 October 2011 (UTC)

I do have evidence

http://twitpic.com/6w8rz3/full

That says that the Pikachu short airs on the 20th, meaning that the Maracus episode is BW053. - unsigned comment from Playerking95 (talkcontribs)

Thank you very much. I will fix this right away. --ケンジガール 03:06, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

I've got a proposition

So next time you're on, I'd like to talk about it. ;) Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 00:29, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

The movie character names...

Another user has gone back and started changing and moving pages based on that unreliable Japanese art blog again, including putting "Dred Grangil" back on Damon's page and moving Carlita to Karita again. Can you please do something about this? --The Great Butler 09:22, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

I gave him the okay. The image urls on the official movie site use those names. And since we saw that GameFreak used the same we really have no argument about it not being true. ––ケンジガール 16:09, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
Could you move Mormont? A proof is on the talk page.--Den Zen 16:20, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Userspace

I sincerely apologise for going over the userspace editing limit as i had just made enough edits to edit my userspace. Just asking: does deletes count as edits (by that i mean going over the userspace editing limit)? Arceustheomnipotent 05:22, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

It counts every time you save the page. So yes. You should try using the preview button to see what the page looks like before you save. --ケンジガール 15:42, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

Is there perchance anything I would need to do to regain the ability to edit my userspace? Arceustheomnipotent 22:23, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

Edit the Mainspace. Truthseeker4449 22:42, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
Actually, the protection only lasts a week from when it started. But please do edit the main space more. And watch how many times you save in the future. It's only once per day right now. --ケンジガール 23:09, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

Revert

Reverting my edit and saying "That's not your decision to make" sounded like you were mischievously reverting my edits. But I hope this wasn't the case. As a registered user it's my right to edit the articles in the way I want. While reverting is okay (it's also every user's right), the way you did it was very rude, as if you were the be-all, end-all of this Wiki. I wouldn't go that far to say that you abused your powers but I think it came close to that. As a long-time member, I really know what I'm doing. And so do you as an admin, I hope. But we're a big community and one of our rules is "play nice" and as far as I remember, it applies to everyone. --Maxim 13:24, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

I wasn't trying to be rude or mischievous at all and I'm sorry you feel that way. But removing valid information just because you personally don't feel a character is important enough to have a name table without a discussion about it isn't right. You also had no authority to tell another user not to do it.
In case you are wondering, it was me who added the name table on Damian's page. So in a way, you reverted me first. I did it because he had a trivia section explaining the origin of his English name. Instead of that I believed it would be nicer to have a name table to explain the English and Japanese origin without having a trivia section. I don't see why just because he's a character of the day that he doesn't deserve one. After all he has a voice actor table telling who he's voiced by in other languages. Why is it not okay for us to know what he's called in other languages if we can know who he's voiced by?
I don't believe it's a sole user's decision to make when it comes to removing interesting points from the article unless maybe they have some sort of really high power here. That's all I meant by it. It was only a response to your edit summary "Sorry, Chaolong. But langtables for COTDs is high over the top (as are langtables for filler locations, I think we should remove those). They simply don't deserve it." That sounds like you are taking it upon yourself to decide what articles aren't good enough for a langtable. As you said it is a community and others should have an opinion about it. --ケンジガール 19:07, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

Could you clear something up?

It's about this edit on the EP052 page. Thanks. --LimeGreenCharizard-- 21:26, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

Quick Question

If you are not toooo bored to answer a quick question, If I find a infendly blocked user or an accont not registed in a project list, can I remove the user? Truthseeker4449 01:01, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

I guess so. --ケンジガール 01:52, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

Pleading a case

Where do I go to argue a case for a Pokémon to get its own page? If you look at Harrison (Johto), both his Houndoom and Sneasel are exceptionally long and i believe should be given articles, having appeared in three episodes both getting more screen time than his Blaziken which actually gets a page. I could go on but I was wondering if there is a place to go. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 09:19, 16 October 2011 (UTC)

You would usually discuss it on the Trainer's talk page. If you would like to prepare the article before hand, you could create it under your userspace. ex: User:Toon Ganondorf/Harrison's Sneasel. --ケンジガール 21:06, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
Thanks very much. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 02:49, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

Sandstorm

Can you give your opinion on this? I have provided many arguments to prove that it is, but I got no reasons that it wasn't, other than 'No, it isn't.' I'd like to hear your opinion. ^-^ Littlmiget123 13:35, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

Um. I'd like to ask what point in the series Gliscor supposedly using Sandstorm happened in. Because I don't remember everything that happened in the DP series. I remember it using Sand Attack as a Gligar and that's it. --ケンジガール 21:00, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
Episode 100, I believe. While they are all training. Littlmiget123 23:37, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
It's really to difficult to tell. As I said before, we shouldn't try to guess what moves are. Sometimes they aren't moves at all. --ケンジガール 04:31, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
Of course. ^-^ Ash did tell them to use their strongest attacks, if I remember correctly. But, anyways, thanks for the input. ^-^ Littlmiget123 13:29, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Commas vs Semicolons

I know this is a minute detail but in episode summaries, when listing Pokémon seen and their details [Pikachu (Ash's, new; debut)], when is it the correct time to use one over the other? Or is one always preferred? --LimeGreenCharizard-- 05:02, 20 October 2011 (UTC)

I think in that case it's alright to use both a comma and a semicolon. But for everything else, like Leavanny (Burgh's; debut), a semicolon is preferred. --ケンジガール 05:13, 20 October 2011 (UTC)

Where did you find them?
