V-create (Japanese: Vジェネレート V-generate) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It is currently the only move that cannot be obtained except from events. Victini was the first Pokémon to be made available with this move.
Effect
V-create deals damage. However, it also lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.
