Dizzy Punch (Japanese: ピヨピヨパンチ Chirp Chirp Punch) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation I. Its Japanese name refers to the tweeting of birds associated with "cartoon" dizzyness or confusion.
Effect
Dizzy Punch does damage, and has a high chance of confusing the target.
