Dark Hill (Japanese: くらやみのおか Dark Hill) is a future dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It is unlocked by beating Chasm Cave. It has 15 floors. Since it is located in the future, it cannot be revisited outside of friend rescue and no Pokémon can be recruited inside of this dungeon.
Gameplay
The floors are ranked E, S and ★1, for purpose of Treasure Boxes and friend rescues.
There are three floor types: small-sized with 2 to 6 rooms (floors 1, 2, 7, 10 and 12), medium-sized with 3 to 8 rooms and a new floor type (floors 6 and 11). The new floor type generates one large vertical room in middle, and three small rooms on each side. There's usually 1-2 starting enemies on floors 1 through 3, 2-3 on floors 4 through 6, and 2-4 on later floors. Each floor has 1-4 items on the floor.
The IQ Booster activates on every even floor. The turn limit is 1000. The enemies in this dungeon have 26IQ, granting them Status Checker IQ skill. There is water in this dungeon, except on floors 1, 4, 7, 10, and 14.
All enemy Pokémon in this dungeon except for Claydol, Dusclops and Gliscor can phase through walls and are capable of using Spite.
