The Deep Dusk Forest (Japanese: もりのたかだい Forest Hill) is the continuation of Dusk Forest in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. Grovyle and Celebi will accompany the player as they locate the Passage of Time that will bring them back to the past. It has a total of 12 floors. Since this dungeon exists in the future, no Pokémon will be recruited and it cannot be visited again outside of a friend rescue.

The IQ Booster activates on every even floor. The turn limit is 1000. The enemies in this dungeon have 26IQ, granting them Status Checker IQ skill. There is water on floors 3, 5, 8, and 11. A sandstorm can be created on any floor by Steelix's Sandstorm, as well as by Hippowdon's Sand Stream from floor 4 onwards.

Trivia
- Vulpix appears in this dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness, but not in Explorers of Sky. This may be due to Vulpix being one of the new possible hero and partner Pokémon in Explorers of Sky.
