Trivia
Origin
Mabosstiff seems to be based on the mastiff breed of dog. Its protective nature towards family through an intimidating look (as hinted by its night form) may be derived from the behavior of leaders in organized crime families, such as in the ialian mafia and the japanese yakuza. Its appearance may draw inspiration from Marlon Brando's portrayal of crime boss Vito Corleone in The Godfather film trilogy.
Name origin
Mabosstiff may be derived from mafia, mastiff and boss.
Mafitifu may be a combination of mafia and mastiff.
