Iron Defense is a non-damaging Steel-type move introduced in Generation III.

In the anime

One of the most effective defense moves, the Pokémon hides in its own body, or protects itself with its arms.

Pokémon

Torkoal. Its head and extremities hides in the Pokémon's shell, so the balance when is hiding is in its belly.

Bronzong. It tucks its arms to its body and a shine goes down its body. Any attack used on it is deflected.
