Rota is a town in Kanto and the setting of Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. The town has a medieval theme to it, though that may just be because the annual "hero of the year" festival is held during the movie. This festival requires everyone to wear royal clothing and includes a royal ball as well as a competition to see who will be the year's Aura Guarian.
The Tree of the World's Beginning can be found a short distance from Rota, along with the site of the biggest battle of the century.
