Effect
Brave Bird deals damage and 25% of the damage it inflicts is subtracted from the users HP.

Pokémon
Staraptor: Staraptor flies up, closes its wings as it flies, is coated by fire, and dives down on the foe. Then the fire disappears and the user is covered by a blue aura and it strikes the foe.
