:::::Pictures compliment the article. Remember, the Pokémon games imply that for full enjoyment the player should have a grade 3 reading level. I'd hope people who use Bulbapedia for information read the articles and don't just look at the pictures... episode?
Can someone please add a link to the episode she appeared in?
Pokémon Yellow?
As with the case of A.J. and his Fissure Sandshrew, I had for sure both Giselle and Joe appeared in Pokémon Yellow at Route 6. I mean the Lass and the Youngster that can bee seen facing each other in this screenshot (the Lass used a Cubone, and the Youngster used a Weepinbell). I can't remember if they also used the same Pokémon in R/G/B/FR/LG. --Johans 21:54, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
Biased for PokeShipping?
The line in the trivia section, "Giselle, to date, is the only female that Ash has found attractive enough to abandon his usual indifference towards romance. However, some might argue that Misty has also made him feel this way." seems to be unfairly biased for PokeShipping. Some people may also agrue that May, Dawn, Latias, and practically any female (and some male) characters had the same effect. I am getting rid of it until someone can explain why only PokeShipping is listed, or can make it unbiased. The Dark Fiddler 16:03, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
- They probably used Misty as the only example because she was the only other girl there at that time. Take into account this was only EP009 when the other characters you mentioned didn't come in for way way longer of a time. MoldyOrange 16:09, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Well, I actually did take that into account, but that was then, and now is now. Note, that it said "To date" which therefore includes everything up until the point in the present that is in question. The Dark Fiddler 16:24, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
- I only put it because some crazed Pokéshipper wasn't happy with what I said. That was a long time ago though. --☆ケンジガール 21:33, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Well then, maybe we could say something like: "Giselle is the only girl to have attracted Ash romantically for sure, although others may argue that some other girls also have." And have it link to shipping in general. The Dark Fiddler 21:46, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
KK. Fixed it. The Dark Fiddler 00:01, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
Angry
have you seen the episode Jmath? -- MAGNEDETH 22:36, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- It doesn't matter about the episode. Its just more encyclopedic to have a simple caption not some random line. Many articles had captions like these. Like Dawn's Pachirisu once had a caption for a pic saying "Stage on" or something like that. Seriously, captions like them have to be removed and informative ones should be kept in its place. In this case, what's more important? What Giselle is doing in that pic (you can't even tell anyway) or how she looks like in the anime? Jmath 22:43, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- well, if youve seen the episode, youd know that for the most part shes a nice girl, and then suddenly drops her facade and gets angry, which is when that pic is taken, thusly being true and encyclopedic. if the page doesnt mention that, then what the hell is all that text doing there? -- MAGNEDETH 22:48, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- You have to read the text to understand exactly what's going on in the pic. Just "showing true colors" doesn't tell anything. At least "in the anime" talks about the character and its not some ambiguous expression. Jmath 22:52, 28 November 2008
- why are they on the page if they arent reading it? -- MAGNEDETH 22:55, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- A good caption must be able to tell you something relevant at first glance. Not read the whole page to understand what's going on. Jmath 22:57, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- Whether it's true or not, "true colors" is not encyclopedic. And this is the website that told me it was more encyclopedic and accurate than Wikipedia. It needs to go. — THE TROM — 23:00, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- I believe that it should stay, it best describes the image in relation to the article. Captions under images are supposed to do just that. - Kogoro | Talk to me - 23:06, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- i fail to see how its "unencyclopedic" as its basically a fancy way of saying "shes a bitch" and fancy is still true. -- MAGNEDETH 23:08, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

What do you mean "supposed" to read the article? All people who go to pages might just be to get a particular bit of nformation. "true colors" doesn't tell anything unless you read the article. So who cares about minor details like those? Jmath 23:19, 28 November 2008
- We don't even have any indication of what's happened to make her look like that. Without this, the caption is essentially worthless. — THE TROM — 23:23, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- read the article!!! without it, the picture is 100% worthless!! might as well delete the page! by what you guys say, everyone just skims the page and looks at the pictures! -- MAGNEDETH 23:25, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- Not every one reads the whole page. There are still people who just look at, say, the manga section. They don't have to read the anime section so they have no idea what's going on in the picture. Jmath 23:30, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- -*cough*- That's what I do... I say keep the "In the Anime" Or change to it. Whichever. The Dark Fiddler - Smarter than the average bear! 23:26, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- that further proves my point. -- MAGNEDETH 23:29, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- I do too. So what? Just leave it at "Giselle in the anime." and leave it at that. Let the readers figure out that she's not such a nice person themselves. — THE TROM — 23:34, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- the "in the anime" caption is left for the head image, anything else is simply to expand upon the page, not repeat the same thing over again. thats redundancy. read the article, and there wont be a problem. -- MAGNEDETH 23:37, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- It doesn't say that though. It says "Giselle and Cubone". Maybe it would be better to swap them around then, with the Cubone pic at the bottom left and the "Giselle in the anime" pic as the head image. — THE TROM — 23:41, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

I see no difference. I thought the point of the discussion was to sort out what to do with the "cheesy" caption. — THE TROM — 04:34, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
- yes, and given i was provided with no good answer, it stays. -- MAGNEDETH 04:40, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
