It evolves into Loudred starting at level 20, who evolves into Exploud starting at level 40.
Biology

It has a spherical, mauve-colored body with two stubby arms. Its ears are long and rabbit-like with yellow tips, and it has a a small, plug-like tail with a yellow crescent marking above it at its back. Whismur appears to have three holes, one beneath its ears and one on its tail.

Special abilities

Habitat
Whismur like tall grass, but prefer caves like the Desert Underpass and the Rusturf Tunnel.

A Whismur owned by Alanna first appeared in A Pokéblock Party!. When Jigglypuff showed up to Sing for everyone, Whismur was the only one who stayed awake, due to its ability.
Guy had a flashback in Exploud and Clear! where he was shown to own a Whismur.
Team Rocket captured a trio of Whismur to perform for Giovanni in Gotta Dance!!.
Another one appeared in Leading a Stray!.
A Whismur also appeared in To Thine Own Pokémon Be True!.
