This card was included in the Neo Genesis expansion. In Japan, it was one of nine Unnumbered Promotional cards available in the Premium File, released on December 10, 1999.

Trivia

  • The damage for the Flame Wheel attack is printed off-center on the English print.
  • The Japanese print features the Gold, Silver, to a New World... symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the expansion.

Origin

Flame Wheel is a move in the Pokémon games that Typhlosion can learn. This card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Silver, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Gold.
