Trivia

  • Shibibiru and its evolution family are the only Pokémon to have no weaknesses that are not of the Ghost/Dark type.
    • However, this is due to their ability, which eliminates their only weakness (to Ground).
  • Shibibiru is the only Pokémon that evolves when exposed to a Thunderstone that was not introduced in Generation I.

Origin

Shibirudon and its pre-evolutions are based off of lampreys and other deep-sea jawless fish. Oddly enough, however, none of them are able to learn many water-type attacks.
