Sanyou Gym
- Main article: Sanyou Gym
The Sanyou Gym is the official Gym of Sanyou City. It is based on Template:Type2, Template:Type2, and Template:Type2 Pokémon. The Gym Leaders are Pod, Corn, and Dent. The Sanyou City Gym is a Gym consisting of a puzzle by stepping on an element pad that defeats the element showcased on a curtain. For defeating one Gym Leader, Trainers receive the Tri Badge, TM83 (Cheer Up), and the ability to use Cut outside of battle.
Sanyou City is host to the first Gym the player can challenge. Uniquely, this Gym has three brothers for Gym Leaders, and the Gym Leader faced by the player is determined by the starter the player chooses. If the player chooses Snivy, the player will face Pod and his Baoppu. If the player chooses Tepig, the player will face Corn and his Hiyappu. If the player chooses Oshawott, the player will face Dent and his Yanappu.
The Gym is styled after a café; each of the Leaders serve as waiters. The Gym made its anime appearance in BW005.
