Dizzy Punch (Japanese: ピヨピヨパンチ Chirp Chirp Punch) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I. Its Japanese name refers to the tweeting of birds associated with "cartoon" dizzyness. Prior to Generation III, it was the signature move of Kangaskhan.
Effect
Dizzy Punch inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of confusing the target.
