Spore (Japanese: キノコのほうし Mushroom Spore) is a non-damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I. Up until Generation III, it was Paras and Parasect's signature move.

Effect

Spore puts the target to sleep.

Description

Games Description Stad Special spores are scattered from mushrooms. If the opponent inhales the spores, it will fall asleep. Stad2 Special spores are scattered from mushrooms. If the foe inhales them, it will fall asleep. GSC A move that induces sleep. RSE Scatters a cloud of spores that always induce sleep. FRLG The user scatters bursts of fine spores that induce sleep. Colo Scatters a cloud of spores that always induces sleep. DPPtHGSSBW The user scatters bursts of spores that induce sleep.
