Shadow Punch (Japanese: シャドーパンチ Shadow Punch) is a damage-dealing Ghost-type move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Shadow Punch inflicts damage and is unaffected by modifications to the accuracy stat and evasion stat. It will not hit a Pokémon during the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig, Fly and Dive.

Trivia
- The only Pokémon that can learn Shadow Punch by either leveling up or breeding are either part of the Ghost or Poison-type.
- Grimer is the only non-Ghost-type Pokémon able to learn Shadow Punch.
- This also makes Grimer the only Pokémon capable of learning this move that does not get STAB from it.
- Shadow Punch and its variations are tied with Quick Attack, its variations, Hyper Beam, and its variations with the largest number of variations to a single move.
