10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt (Japanese: 1000まんボルト 10,000,000 Volts) is a damage-dealing Electric-type Z-Move introduced in Generation VII. It is the exclusive Z-Move of any Pikachu wearing a cap and an upgraded version of Thunderbolt.
Effect
10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt deals damage and has a sharply increased critical hit ratio of +2 stages.

Learnset
Any Pikachu wearing a cap can use 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt if it knows Thunderbolt, holds Pikashunium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring.
