Wartortle Wars (Japanese: VSカメール VS. Wartortle) is the fifteenth round of the the Red, Green & Blue chapter in the Pokémon Special manga.
Synopsis
While training, a girl scams Red into buying faulty items. Annoyed, he tracks her down to get his money back.
