Thievul (Japanese: フォクスライ Fokusurai) is a Dark-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII.
It evolves from Nickit starting at level 18.
Biology
When it finds a potential prey, it will leave a scent. The scent will help stalk the prey, allowing Thievul to steal when the prey least expects. Its steals foods and eggs with its claws and lithe body. Boltund is an enemy of Thievul.

Origin
Thievul appears to be based on the red fox. Its facial features and mustache bear resemblance to stereotypical depictions of bandits and burglars, as well as the Guy Fawkes mask, which may be a pun on "Fawkes" and "fox" being homophones.
Name origin
Thievul may be a combination of thief, evil, and vulpine.
Fokusurai may be a combination of fox and sly.
