The Isle of Armor

The Isle of Armor (Japanese: 鎧の孤島 The Solitary Island of Armor) is the first expansion in the Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass. Featuring the Isle of Armor, the theme of the expansion is "growth". It was released on June 17, 2020.
It will be followed by The Crown Tundra.
Features
Characters
The characters Mustard and KlaraSw/AverySh appeared, as well as Honey, Mustard's wife.
Pokémon
A patch was released in conjunction with the launch of The Isle of Armor. Players can access these new and returning Pokémon even if they have not purchased the Expansion Pass with the help of trading and Pokémon HOME. Pokémon found in the wild and those owned by other trainers in The Isle of Armor will be scaled to a player's team, this will be based off of levels.
New Pokémon and forms
The Legendary Pokémon Kubfu and Urshifu debut in The Isle of Armor.
Galarian Slowpoke can be evolved into Galarian Slowbro using The Galarica Cuff, an item found in the Isle of Armor.
Returning Pokémon
Over 100 old Pokémon were made available in Pokémon Sword and Shield with the release of The Isle of Armor. These include:
Gigantamax
New Gigantamax forms were introduced. This includes Venusaur, Blastoise, Rillaboom, Cinderace, and Inteleon. The new Pokémon Urshifu also has two different Gigantamax forms.
Additionally, this expansion allows the player to feed Pokémon traveling with them Max Soup, giving them the ability to Gigantamax, but only Pokémon with "great hidden potential" can gain the Gigantamax Factor using this method, such as starter Pokémon.[1][2]
Items
Apricorns have made a return, and can be made into Poké Balls. The Exp. Charm will increase the Exp. Points earned by the player's party.
Moves
Additional Move Tutor moves are available in the Master Dojo, including new moves such as Terrain Pulse or Burning Jealousy.
Customization
The protagonist can wear training clothes. New fashion items are also available. The Rotom Bike can also be customized further than before by adding different colours and trails depending on which colour bike you choose to have. The colour and trail can be changed by a lady outside of the Dojo foundo n the island
The Cram-o-matic
Inside the dojo on the Isle of Armor, in Mustard's room the player can find the Cram-o-matic, a robot resembling a Cramorant, made by Mustard's son, which can be fed four items that can be fused to create a new item.
Restricted Sparring

Restricted Sparring is a special battle feature in which participants are limited in the types of Pokémon they can use and are forced to battle under set conditions.
Side quests
There are side quests that can be done at the Isle of Armor. So far, one known side quest involves searching for 150 Alolan Diglett across the Isle of Armor.
