• Chloe's Yamper is revealed to have found a Leaf Stone, which he gives to Goh.
• Goh uses his Leaf Stone to evolve his Exeggcute into Exeggutor.
• Ash and Goh visit Alola, with Goh visiting the region for the first time.
• Goh meets Professor Kukui, Professor Burnet, Lana, Mallow, Sophocles, Kiawe, and Rotom Pokédex for the first time.
• Professor Burnet is revealed to have given birth to a baby named Lei.
• Goh catches a Pyukumuku and an Alolan Exeggutor.
• Goh learns about Z-Moves and witnesses one for the first time.
• Goh battles Kiawe, but the battle is called off after Kiawe's use of Inferno Overdrive.
