After the story is a series of comic strips based on episodes of Pokémon Journeys: The Series. They report events that would be shown after the conclusion of each episode. Although not officially canonical, some of them reveal interesting details about some events in the anime, like Ash's recollection of his previous encounter with Drake, which Dawn and Chloe kept in touch with after the events of A Midsummer Night's Light!, among other details not shown in the anime.

Each strip is shown on the official japanese profile of the Pokémon anime [1] some time after the showing of the episodes in Japan and is designed by artist Shikaruneko[2].
