Regina
Regina (Japanese: レジーナ Regina) is a character of the day who appeared in Breaking the Ice!.
Regina first appeared on an airplane heading to Kanto, where she was temporarily enrolled in the Vermilion City school. Chloe briefly saw her and her Glaceon, nicknamed Mirche, on her way to school and when Regina was introduced to the class, Chloe volunteered to show her around the school. When her new classmates started asking her questions, Mirche came to her rescue by freezing her classmates with Blizzard. This caused Regina to remember what happened at her old school where Mirche did the same after her classmates bullied her.
Regina kept her distance from her classmates and overheard her parents talking about Mirche. After Mirche was sent out, only to collapse, Ash, Goh, and Chloe took her to Cerise Laboratory where Professor Cerise examined her. Shortly after, her parents arrived and they had a talk. Returning to the school, Regina and Mirche created an ice castle and ice rink in the grounds for her fellow classmates to play on.
Regina returned home, and later sent Chloe a package containing a snow globe and a letter. Regina was seen battling a Victreebel with Mirche and winning the match.
In Heroes Unite!, Regina and Mirche reappeared in a fantasy.
