In Pokémon Conquest, Sneasel evolves into Weavile if its link is improved while its Speed is 175 or higher and its Warrior is equipped with a Razor Claw. The Razor Claw also increases the probability of attacks hitting enemies' weak spots.
Razor Claw can be purchased from the traveling merchant for 5000 gold, and sold for 2500-3250 gold.

Pokémon UNITE
Razor Claw in Pokémon UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, the Razor Claw is a held item. After using a move, the user's next basic attack within 3s deals additional damage to a single target. The damage is equal to 10/15/20 and 40/45/50% of user's Attack at grades 1, 10, and 20 respectively. If the user is classified as a melee attacker, this basic attack also slows enemies by 30% for 1 seconds (with a 1.5s cooldown). On top of that, the item increases Attack and critical hit rate: by 1 and 0.6% at Grade 1, and by 15 and 2.1% at Grade 30.
In the manga
Pokémon Adventures
In Dealing With A Koffing Fit, Silver's Sneasel evolved into a Weavile due to having gained experience while holding a Razor Claw, which had been given to Silver by Green.
