Razor Leaf (Japanese: はっぱカッター Leaf Cutter) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Razor Leaf deals damage and has an increased critical hit ratio.
In double battles, Razor Leaf hits both opponents.

Bulbasaur. Razor-sharp Leaves come out from under its bulb and fly into the opponent.
- Used by Ash's Bulbasaur from Primeape goes Bananas to present. Debut.
- Used by May's Bulbasaur from Grass Hysteria to present.
Weepinbell. Weepinbell spins around in a circle, and bunches of leaves come out and fly at the opponent.
- Used by Erika's Weepinbell in Pokémon Scent-Sation.
Venusaur. Venusaur launches multiple razor-sharp leaves from its back.
- Used by Corey's Bruteroot in Mewtwo Strikes Back.
Bellsprout. Bellsprout launches two razor sharp leaves from the two large leaves on its stem.
- Used by Jeanette Fisher's Bellsprout in The Fourth Round Rumble.
Victreebel. Victreebel launches razor sharp leaves from the two large leaves on the sides of its body.
- Used by James's Victreebel from ??? to ???.
Chikorita. Chikorita swings its head and razor-sharp leaves fly out from the leaf on its head.
- Used by Ash's Chikorita from ??? to ???.
Lombre. Lombre spins its entire body, releasing sharp leaves in the process.
- Used by Brock's Lombre from ??? to Once in a Mawile.
Turtwig. Turtwig swings its head and razor-sharp leaves fly out from the leaves on its head.
- Used by Ash's Turtwig from Gettin' Twiggy With It! to Aiding the Enemy.
Grotle. Razor-sharp leaves fly out from the bushes on its back.
- Used by Ash's Grotle from Aiding the Enemy to present.
Sunflora. Sunflora's petals glow white, then Sunflora slashes its foe.
- Used by Nando's Sunflora in A Secret Sphere of Influence!.
- Used by a Sunflora in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time & Darkness.
Snover. Snover releases sharp leaves from its hand

- In the games it is classed as a Physical move, although it is shown in the anime and the animation that leaves are launched at the foe and the user doesn't physically touch the foe at all.
