I begged my parents to buy it and they wouldn't, so I had to save up the money to buy it. I ended up buying my Crystal Version for 34.99, and it was worth the price. I started playing it a month after the release in North America. I really loved the part about how the sprites could move when sent out, or found in the wild. I stopped playing Crystal when Ruby and Sapphire came out. And about a week ago, I just restarted the whole game to play from the beginning (which I now regret).
