Fishing Guru 3
The house to the south of the intersection with Route 11 is home to the Fishing Guru's younger brother. Speak to him to receive the Super Rod. This high-end fishing rod is the best model available and can reel in some of the strongest sea creatures, like Seaking and Dragonair.
