Crush Grip (Japanese: にぎりつぶす Grip Crush) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is the signature move of Regigigas.

Crush Grip deals damage. Its power varies between 1 and 121, and is greater the more HP the target has:

Crush Grip's power is now calculated as:
However, its power cannot be less than 1. Consequently, its power now varies between 1 and 120.
Generation VIII
In Versions 1.0 to 1.2.1 of Pokémon Sword and Shield, Crush Grip could not be selected in a battle. Starting with Version 1.3.0, it is usable and functions the same as it did in the previous generation.

Crush Grip's base power has been lowered to 100.
