Flying Types Incoming! (Japanese: ひこうタイプ集結！ Flying-type Gathering!) was a solo event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on various Flying-type sync pairs.

During this event, players could earn Flying permits from "Flying Types Incoming" battles of three levels of difficulty. Each Flying Types Incoming battle could only be challenged twice per day and awarded 50 1★, 2★, or 3★ permits for each completion. Once the player had collected 100 permits, they could spend them to challenge one of the "Flying-Type Masters" battles:

• 1★ Flying Permits could be used to challenge Flying-Type Masters (Normal).
• 2★ Flying Permits could be used to challenge Flying-Type Masters (Hard).
• 3★ Flying Permits could be used to challenge Flying-Type Masters (Very Hard) and Flying-Type Masters (Super Hard). As the player could only collect 100 permits per day, they could only challenge one of these two battles each day.

These battles awarded items for leveling up and unlocking the level caps of sync pairs. Extra permits were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.

Players could earn Gems and co-op sync orbs by completing event missions, which required them to take on Flying-Type Masters battles a certain number of times.
