This card was included in the Brilliant Stars expansion with artwork by AKIRA EGAWA, first released in the Japanese Start Deck 100. In Japan, Mirror Holofoil and Non Holofoil versions were available in different decks. A SWSH Black Star Promotional print of this card was one of the Prerelease promos for Brilliant Stars with new artwork by saino misaki, available in the Brilliant Stars Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was later retroactively distributed to Pokémon Leagues in early 2023. The SWSH Promotional print was subsequently released in the Japanese VSTAR Universe subset.
