Michelle (Japanese: ミシェル Michelle) is a character of the day who appeared in Let Bagons Be Bagons.
While on their way to Fallarbor Town, Ash and his friends noticed a Bagon trying to jump off a cliff. As it turned out, the Bagon belonged to Michelle. She informed Ash and the others that it was determined to fly. To help support Bagon's dream, Michelle had built a special set of computer analysis glasses so it could evolve into a Salamence as soon as possible.
Upon hearing this, Ash challenged Michelle in a battle. During the battle, Michelle's glasses helped Bagon land direct hits and evade Pikachu's own attacks. However, Team Rocket interrupted the match, kidnapping Bagon for their boss. In the process, they assisted Bagon in achieving its dream with their jet pack. Michelle assisted Ash in recovering Pikachu from the trio, as she maneuvered Bagon's new jet pack with the dropped remote control. Afterwards, Michelle and the others watched as Bagon evolved into Shelgon.

Shelgon wanted to fly when it was still a Bagon, and it kept cliff-jumping. Michelle supported it, hoping Bagon would eventually gain enough experience to evolve into a Salamence.
Michelle later agreed to battle Ash and his Pikachu. However, the match was interrupted when Meowth swooped in with a jet pack and stole Bagon. During the ensuing confrontation, Jessie dropped the jet pack remote, which caused the jet pack to go haywire, sending Meowth and Bagon flying off into the distance. After crashing-landing, Bagon realized the jet pack could help it fly and kept using it. Ash and the others located Bagon again, and it teamed up with Ash's Treecko to rescue Pikachu in an aerial pursuit. After Pikachu's rescue, Bagon evolved into a Shelgon, leaving it only a step away from developing wings.
Shelgon's only known move is Headbutt.
