Oh, that Cute, Cute Jigglypuff! (Japanese: プレティ—プリンちゃん Pretty Purin-chan) is the third chapter of the Magical Pokémon Journey manga.
Plot
At Grandpa's home, Hazel tries to have him show her Almond's location in his crystal ball. He tells her he will do it if she lets him cuddle Pikachu, but it refuses to come near him. When Hazel continues to demand to see Almond, Grandpa ultimately relents.
Hazel finds Almond and sets up a picnic in front of him. Suspicious that Hazel put love potion in his food, Almond hesitates to eat. Suddenly, Clefairy runs over to them holding a note it found, but it is written in Pokémon language. Pikachu reacts to the letter in shock, but Hazel and Almond do not understand what it says. Clefairy nervously explains to the humans that the note is from Jigglypuff, and Almond demands to know where it is so he can catch it.
Pikachu tries to sneak away, but stumbles into Jigglypuff. Hazel is instantly enamored when she sees it, running up to hug it. Jigglypuff invites Hazel to a party, and while she is thrilled to go, Pikachu and Clefairy are horrified. They both try to find excuses not to come, but Jigglypuff glares at them until they change their minds.
At Jigglypuff's house, Hazel is charmed by the decorations and the look of the food on the table. When it is time to eat, Pikachu and Clefairy try to sneak away again, but Jigglypuff angrily inflates itself to take up nearly all of the space in the room. Pikachu and Clefairy hurry back to the table, but hesitate to start eating. When Clefairy takes a bite from the cake, it instantly passes out. This prompts Hazel, Almond, and Pikachu to run for the door.
While the three sprint from the house, Jigglypuff traps them with a net. Hazel commands Pikachu to use Thunder Shock to set them all free, but when they all continue running, Jigglypuff stops them by using Disable. Protected by Grandpa's magic suit, Hazel scoops up her friends and tries to run away with them, but she pauses upon seeing Jigglypuff's hurt expression. Jigglypuff tells her that it only wanted a party with its friends, and Hazel runs toward it to apologize, saying she will gladly eat the food it makes.
Later, the three return to the house to try Jigglypuff's food. After they each take a bite, they all pass out on the floor beside Clefairy.
