(Japanese: ポケモン ザ コミック Pokémon the Comic) is an official Pokémon comic mook—a comic book with the layout and design of a magazine—released in Japan on June 7, 2013.
Content
- A Pocket Monsters Special Dream Poster depicting Gym Leader and Champion characters from the Pokémon Adventures manga.
- A guide section with information about the Pokémon Adventures manga's first 15 main characters.
- A Paris & Montreuil Book Fare section, chronicling Hidenori Kusaka and Satoshi Yamamoto's trip to France.
- The first part of the Pokémon Adventures Mt. Silver special chapter, totaling 14 pages.
- Three different chapters of the Black & White arc of Pokémon Adventures, including PS500, PS501, and the Gym battle between Black and Drayden, totaling 78 pages.
- A total of 66 pages of Pocket Monsters BW: Good Partners, which is the finale of this manga (and the volume launched later).
- The second part of the Pokémon Adventures Mt. Silver special chapter, totaling 14 pages.
The Pokémon Adventures Mt. Silver special is the Red and Pika chapter, which was announced during the 2011 Netkun popularity poll.
