Rikuo

Rikuo (Japanese: リクオ Rikuo) is a character who appeared in Wait for Me, Magikarp!, the fourth episode of the POKÉTOON animated shorts. He likes to play a flute, the sound of which caught the attention of a Magikarp, which he ended up befriending and leaving at a Pokémon Nursery. When he later returned, Magikarp evolved into Gyarados.
